Pop over to DAZ3D and search for the Hair Conversion System II. This works well for hair props (and other headgear) but I haven't tried it with conforming hair.
Just tried it and got a good result, thought the textures look a bit vivid.
I'm not sure what version this started with but if you change the parenting to the neck AND tick the Inherit Bends of Parent then you lose the fixed shape of long hair

Have you uninstalled and re-installed P11? Maybe a corrupted download or even HD fault? It might be worth deleting you downloads and setting Download manager to use another folder

its everything dont know where to start with it i tried to import a background dosent show on the poser screen just getting so cheesed off with just want to throw it in the bin
The default poser 11 scene uses the 'construct' this is both floor and sky dome and it may be hiding your background. You can delete it and add a groundplane from the primitives folder OR go into materials and make the background of the construct invisible.
There is a sampler set in freestuff with a variety of sky and ground textures

The Construct does have it's uses. seachnasaigh has a sampler set of textures in the freestuff for the ground and sky. Mix and match to your hearts content

Not sure if you've tried this but if you scale one wig to 101-103% then you also get a fuller look. A tip from Jim Burton back in the P4 days

One option is to let Poser rebuild the Poser.ini and LibraryPrefs.xml file.
On a windows machine they are found in C: > Users > yourusenname > AppData > Roaming > Poser > 11. (not sure where on a Mac) You will have to make hidden files visible.
Copy and paste the files so you have a back-up then delete them. When you restart Poser you will have to re-add your runtimes, re-organize the windows back how you want them and add any other customizations.
Hope this helps

One option is to repeatedly render a one object scene working through all the items to see which one is the problem. It might even work if you hide most of the objects- not sure if Poser will still load the hidden data

The only way I can get it to pop up is with a double click. Dragging the wheel or using the arrows either side doesn't seem to trigger it. OS Mouse settings accidently set to give double click??

Plenty of work in the dark room- extra exposure on the suit whilst masking the remainder of the print to equalise the lighting. Same on the Rover in the background.
You'll see it a lot as well in shots of the Lunar Lander- detail of the underside that should be darker
