When you copy and paste a number of frames you need to make sure and select the same number of frames and paramaters as you copied or cut...if you copied 2 animation frames and and say the left arm and shoulder parameters you need to select 2 animation frames and the same left arm and shoulder parameters to copy to... Copying frames from one parameter to a different parameter can really mess up your animation. Ed

You need to use video editting software to get your bmps back into a avi or mpg format. I use VideoWave II, but it does have some limitations, like the size of the video, etc. Ed

I've had the same thing happen. You have to uninstall Poser and do a fresh install to get it back. If you have the disk space install Poser again in a different folder and if it crashes you can copy the Poser.exe and Poser.rsr files to your working directory. It saves you from having to reinstall the program every time it crashes. EdW
