Hello, 3DWIN is a 3d file format converter. It will import obj and convert to Lightwave format and then back again. I'm not sure if it will solve your format or scale problems but I would try that. Hello, That's because you imported the BVH into Poser on the wrong axis. Some go in in "X" and some go in in "Z". Try reimporting one and select the other axis. Hope this helps. Serpent

Hello, This is a little beyond me. Where's Kevin ? Anyway I would go ahead and add the extra IK chain to the PHI file. Save the PHI with a different name. Change the name of the obj file it points to also. Then convert phi to create a new cr2 and then compare the section of code that is relative to your code.

Hello, I don't run a Mac at home but maybe I can answer anyway. The one that says document, is it a obj file ? It has to be a obj file to work as a morph target. It might just be a readme.txt file. Anyway MorphWorld link is on the right side of this page. Near the bottom under Web Resources. Lots of good working morphs there. Hope this helps.

I'm trying to understand this problem. Maybe you could take the businessman obj and the badge obj and make a new file. It should look like this... example g chest usemtl jacket ..... ..... g badge usemtl badge ..... Then in Compose merge the chest with the badge into a Merged_object. Be sure to check the Delete source option. Then rename the Merged_object to chest. Save to a new file.
This should remove the material of the jacket from under the badge. Just a idea.

Hello, I have seen this before also. Sounds like the center point or "hotpoint" of your object is way off. If the center point is way off from the object it causes the object to orbit around a larger axis than it should be. This sometimes gives a unwanted effect with the rotation dials.
See if you can reposition the objects center point in your modeler program. Move it closer to the props center. Then resave it.
You could also fix the normals problem by using Compose. Open the obj in Compose and then resave it to a new file with the Flip Surfaces option checked.

Hello, Well there is quite a few BVH files on the Poser 3 cd under the "Cool stuff in here" directory. Also a free BVH download for Poser at House of Moves site. Look under Sample data. You could also search for "Biovision" on Yahoo or AltaVista. They might have a few free ones for download. Serpent
