Okay, let's try to clear this up. We don't ban people the first time they post a gallery entry that breaks the rules. As far as I know that has never happened. At least not in the last 2 years which is as far back as I checked. The first time someone posts a TOS-breaking image, the image is removed and they get warned not to do it again. The second time they do it they get another warning and a ban of some sort (see below.) If they do it again, it's a permanent ban. To quote from the TOS: Members/Users found practicing these behaviors receive; Deletion of the post/s. First event - warning by email and/or IM. Second event ? Forum Suspension for 1 or 7 days or Temporary Community ban for 3 or 7 days. Third event ? Membership revoked, and access to the community permanently blocked. This includes any duplicate accounts for the same person. Renderosity considers this information private and confidential. However, there may be certain situations that necessitate otherwise. Since this seems to be one of those situations that necessitate otherwise and to quell further speculative arguments: On 08/16/2003 pierrecolat had an image removed and was sent a warning. On 09/05/2003 pierrecolat had 4 images removed, recieved a 7 day ban and was sent a second warning. I'm not giving the reasons why, they remain private between pierrecolat and Renderosity. Kev.

I can answer one part of this at least. "I mean a penis is allowed in a apicture but not the outer shot of female parts?" A flaccid penis is okay, but an erect one isn't. In the same way, a shot of a vulva (other than a legs wide open gyn shot) is okay, but in this particular image the glans clitoris (as opposed to the clitoral hood) was readily visible. To those of us who looked at it, it seemed that the woman was sexually aroused since in the majority of women the glans clitoris is rarely visible except in a state of arousal or inspection. lol Maths huh Zhann ;) Basically, among other things this removes any obvious outliers which might be having a disproportionate effect on the ranking. As an example, say an image has 7 rankings. 6 of them ranging from Almost There to Great, and one score of Hmmmm. This new method takes the Hmmm comment out of the equation when calculating the overall ranking, which better reflects the opinion of the majority of those who gave a ranking. Make sense?

Yup, might've been me ;) This usually happens when either your system date/time are wrong, or your cookie has become corrupt. First off, check that you have your time and date set correctly. If they are correct, then log out from the site, delete your cookies (depends on your browser how you do that) and log back in again. Doing these things corrects the problem 99% of the time. The other 1% it's usually down to transient problem on the internet at large, which might be the case at the moment given the huge amount of extra traffic flying around thanks to the recent worm and virus attacks.
