Launch P11 and look for the build number; if it begins with 11.0.xxx or 11.1.xxx, you'll need to transfer your licensing to Renderosity. SmithMicro no longer owns Poser, and they have shut down their license servers. Renderosity's first update (11.2.xxx) included a change to direct the licensing check to Renderosity's servers. The latest update is 11.3.xxx (I don't recall the exact build number)

You could send a site mail to one of the forum moderators (Digitell, CHMedia, or RedPhantom) if no one else responds. I vaguely seem to recall that I entered my P11Pro serial in the Renderosity marketplace, and Renderosity activated my license to their servers.

If the master -the machine with Poser installed- has a HyperThreaded 8-core, the render threads should be 16. If only the remote has 16 threads available, then you might look in BIOS to make sure HyperThreading is enabled for the remote's CPU. If you had/still have Pro2014 on the master, I'd install Queue2014 on the remote and see if it behaves the same or differently than Queue11. Do any other programs make full use of all of the remote's cores?

I've never seen a discrepancy between Firefly and Superfly insofar as the number of CPU cores used for rendering. My older C1100 blades each have two X5675 Xeons, the r610 blades and the workstations each have two X5690 Xeons. I don't have experience with any other CPU series in either P11 or P12.

Check the number of render threads in the general preferences, just to be sure, though I wouldn't think that this would affect the remote's behavior.

I have P9SR1 Pro2012SR1 P9 SR3.1 Pro2012SR3.1 and P9SR3.2 (Windows Internet Explorer 11 fix) updaters, if @structure or one of the mods needs to add that to the available downloads.

I'm having trouble with the water because the derivative variable nodes aren't doing what I would expect them to do.

Or, re-render with more overall samples. If those are metallic areas, then maybe add more glossy samples and set glossy bounces to at least 3.

That's essentially what bevel does (automagically). Near as I can tell, it figures out the corners and "wears" them into a mask, just like that.

I used Stonemason's "worn" textures because they were already there. As for automagically scuffing corners, I've never tried it, but I think Poser could do that. The derivative functions could be used to find edges and corners; that result would be used as a mask to replace paint material with scuffed bare metal.

P4-P7 place their runtimes in the same folder as the Poser program executable. On Windows newer than WinXP (Vista, Win7, Win8.1, Win10) the User Account Control security feature will interfere with you saving things to the library if it is within the program files folder. Install these older versions of Poser somewhere other than within the program files folder. I have a ProgFilesExt (program files external) folder where I install such older programs.

randym77's suggestion of disabling camera animation is a good idea, in case the problem is wild spline interpolation of camera movement.

If the camera isn't spinning wildy, un-tick this little skip frames pinball button; if you have a weak video card or are relying on an onboard video chip, your video chip/card may not be capable of replaying the preview in real time.

If it still sluggish in replaying the animation frames, try setting the display style to something simpler (which will display quicker), such as hidden line; that's the fourth "billiard ball" icon, or use Ctrl-4 from your keyboard.

Last resort is to simplify the tracking mode; the crudest mode will look like a man made of boxes, but if you need to see the motion in real time, it might be worthwhile. Look for these three icons beside the document window:

@romangirl You can add the P9 library to P11; in P11's library, click this icon which looks like a stack of books (library) with a + sign. P11 will open a Windows Explorer folder window. Find the P9 runtime folder, click on it to select that runtime folder, then click the blue "select folder" button in the lower right corner of the Explorer window.

Now the P9 runtime will be available in P11. I have several runtimes added to mine:

How did you get the corner "wear" in the mats? In blender I use kitops bevel to do that.

Stonemason's sets are indeed still useful (the ARC is from 2007, the P7 era); they look much better with the materials updated for Superfly.

The scuff is already there in Stonemason's texture maps.I used PhotoImpact X3 to select the paint/rust colors of the texture images, and used that as a metallicity mask. So, anywhere the paint is scuffed away looks metallic. In the metallicity mask, white is metallic, and black is diffuse.
