I certainly will be renewing my subscription. Yes, sometimes the downloads are slow. So is most of the internet. I get a download or two going and go do something else; surf, eat, watch a little tv. My life certainly doesn't revolve around my downloads. And Marque, if you aren't going to worry about it, why in the name of anything did you post here?

are your bump maps loading in as jpg's? Only (as far as I've been told, I don't have it) Pro Pack can use jpg's as bump maps, otherwise Poser has to convert them into .bum files first.

Yes, the DAZ people are some of the friendliest people working for a company I've ever met. I've never had a problem working with them if something went wrong. Unfortunately, things seem to go wrong quite often. I checked my invoice, it says Windows on it. I guess the system goofed. I was just hoping someone could help, because DAZ seems to be closed or slow on the weekends. Thanks, tho.

is that the upper or lower eyebrow? if it is lower, make sure the texture is applied to it. If it is the upper, you will need to either turn it completely transparent or sink it into the head.

She's all V2, face and body (I've never got the hang of magnets and the like). I have a V1 version also, looks almost the same except the chin is rounder and so are the eyes. Is there a tutorial for extracting characters? I'm barely understanding MAT's, I must thank the creator of MAT Pose Edit, scourge!

In the Layers window, (assuming you have a psd with alpha channel such as Poser will automatically supply or some similar type of image), select the Channels tab and scroll down.
