Thread: Render test with Regular and Super AA, in br 5 and 5.5 | Forum: Bryce
You really start notcing the difference when the renders are large. Like Erlik said they need to be several thousand pixels before those higher settings are really needed. Then they do make a major difference.

THe textures and skele was $12 total if you're a Platinum member and bought Bryce. Part of their Bryce Madness sale. Appartently that coupon you get from buying Bryce can be used on other "Bryce Madness" items as they come out. Of course it's a way for them to get you to buy more stuff. But if it's something you're already looking for it does save you quite a bit.

Textures are normally under Poses then look for MAT - FIre Draogon. Fire Dragon being what ever they named it.

Thread: printing 18x24 | Forum: Bryce
You can render it at 72 dpi as well. All tha matters is teh amount of pixels. 18" x 24" = 5400 pixels x 7200 pixels. As long as your dpi times the dimensions equals 5400x7200 you'll get 300 dpi for a 18" image. A good rule of thumb for print is that you need 1.5-2 pixels per line of screen of the printer. A printer that does a 150 lpi would need 300 dpi. A 133 lpi screen would need at least 266 dpi for example.

Thread: Issue with flickering when animating in Bryce. | Forum: Bryce
Maybe I'm getting to picky but in that area you're pointing to there is some odd flickering. I did AA at 9 times actually. The inital anmiation was 20 megs :). Chopped out every other frame to try to get the size down as well and compressing it a bit more. I think if I do more I'll start losing some quality.
Thread: OT: Adobe buys Macromedia | Forum: Bryce
Macromedia Dreamweaver is far better then GoLive for web code. And it supports web authoring for design people as well as coders.
