I'm still trying to figure it out but I will say this.....I know I used James Casual (the default) because until earlier today I didn't even know where the other figures were.....it's odd, now it's not saying anything....I'm so confused....

So I tried this twice, with two different head morphs....
With the first one it said there was the wrong number of vertices, and with the second nothing happened....
Not sure if I did something wrong, but so far it's not working.....

I appreciate your help but I'm still confused....I'm so new to this that the simplest of terminology is like greek to me. Does this mean that I'll still be able to use these new faces I've created? What are character add ons exactly. I mean, will I be able to use them to cover up clothing?
The thing is I want to create whole new characters, and if possible learn how to create my own clothing for them. And these faces are very important to me. But I'm starting to think that I won't be able to use them because of the limitations to James Casual.
Do you know if there's a way to take a face morph (not sure if that's the right rerm) and place it on another figure? That would be the easiest way to solve this problem for me.
Thanks again for trying to help me, especially since I'm so new and unable to really articulate what it is I'm looking for.

Does anyone remember Dragon Slayer (I think that was it's name)....I played it on Calico Vision, but it wasn't a normal Calico game....it was a tape, I remember that, and somehow it was linked to Calico Vision....I was pretty young at the time so I don't remember how it worked, but I can still see the game....ah memories....

Maybe try this....near the bottom there is a bar than can be adjusted that will decrease the polygon level...however, it will decrease some of the detail as well....it's a grey bar at the bottom, and to the right it says POLYS.....perhaps that will help....

Hmmm, that sounds promising....I often find that when it goes into hibernation while loading a similar problem occurs....how exactly do I disable hibernation?

I'm using windows vista, but that usually hasn't given me any problems. As for saving often, I usually Save As every time to avoid these problems...the thing is, sometimes this has happened and the file has eventually loaded, but only after I've left the computer off all night. So, at least in those instances, I don't think it's a bad write to file.
Anyway, thanks for your advice....
