I never reply on zip extraction and put each file into it's respective folder. textures to textures,geometries to geometries, etc.

I quit zip extraction way back to poser 4 after files being misplaced. for instance the uninstall files ended up all over. now I do not even allow them to be placed.

I make a temporary runtime folder in Poser and or Daz and force the exe files from daz to install there. then I manually transfer them to their respective folders.

I have no problem now since 99.99 % of daz is studio only. they claimed they do not influence vendors to provide studio only products, but I have my doubts.

Daz don't use exe files anymore and haven't for a long time, and as far as I'm aware Daz don't influence their vendors it's the sales that do that. Whereas rendo apparently are going to start offering a better cut to those vendors that support poser.

The programs have always been different, DAZ decided not to totally support Poser with it's current Genesis iteration.

Or Poser decided not to implement the same weight mapping as DS, therfore DS was unable to support Poser - things work both ways - but to state that something was made to not work in a particular program is a little unfair, G3 was made for DS unfortunately Poser cannot at the present time support it.

Victoria 6 (V6) is not based of G3F it's based off G2F, Victoria 7 (V7)is based of G3F. Genesis 3 was designed to function in DS using DS's strengths etc - the fact that it does not work in Poser was not a design feature but simply that Poser does not have the same functions and methods as DS; the programs are quite different now.

Some of your links to the free stuff to use are coming up as dead links.

Apparently we just have to be patient the programmer is still working on some big thing and will get to this when that's done. I'm still at a loss as to why the staff can't just give a - we haven't forgotten its being worked on post to inquires.

Agree - and what to me doesn't help is the lack of communication regarding the problem, I asked a question in another thread regarding the removal of the followers nearly 3 weeks ago - still no answer. Seems to me the staff are in a - if we stick our heads in the sand maybe the problem will go away mode.

Don't think anyone is bothered anymore I asked my question a week ago and had no answer.

Is it ever going to be fixed so that unwanted banned followers can be removed I still have mine and no way that I can see to remove them.

I just checked and I have a second follower (ElizabethThomas5) as of January 15. This is getting frustrating and I don't feel comfortable buying anything else from Renderosity until this problem is fixed. You might consider hiring an expert in cyber security to check your site and see what the problem is. I know you said you don't store credit card information on your site but I'm wondering if these "followers" are able to snatch the credit card information as you are typing it in when you purchase something. There are so many things at Renderosity I would still like to buy but just don't feel comfortable coming here anymore.

From what I was told the programmer is busy with something 'big' and can't get to this problem until that is dealt with.

Deleted - I'm still seeing mine their profile is still up nothing to indicate they are no longer a member - is there ever going to be a way to delete them or are we stuck with them as followers for ever.
