Didn't it say on their dl site that some 5.08 files may not work in 5.09?

Ok, looks like its Ramen and Cabbage water for a few weeks...lol. Thanks for the response!
I also want to take this time to mention TurboSquid is simply unbelievably overpriced in every format and almost every model. I was looking for a corn stalk (which they didn't have) and a simple ear of corn goes for $98!!! Unreal. I swear it's like triple price day everyday over there. If I can help it, I'll never buy from them because of their pricing.
*thumbs up" to reasonable pricing at the Marketplace, DNA, Daz3d, and Cornucopia3D.
I'd understand $100+ for a truly high poly 3d car or a library of plants...but an ear of corn?

Right, but do I need Poser? I currently dont have it and was curious if the formats given NEED Poser or if they come ready made (not vob obviously) for Vue. I suppose I could live on Ramen noodles and cabbage water for awhile.... ;-) I appreciate the feedback that they work well and look nice. Thanks! -Ryan

SO are the ones bought at c3d the same as if they were out of the dvd library?

Oof. $39 buck a pop at Turbosquid (why is TS SO very overpriced?). Well looks like my 3 or 4 worthwhile models in a collection is how it's gonna be then, regardless. Costs the same to buy 3 models as it does 20.

Turbosquid it is then. Each collection has like 2 or 3 trees I can use that look good and I cant warrant spending so much for just a few usable trees. I would have gotten the general collection if it just had an oak tree (the most common tree in midwest) but it didn't have it so neither it didn't grab my $104. More modeling collections need to be choose your own.

I'm not really too concerned with it fitting in with SolidGrowth, which I dont feel will ever have a good library and the look is kind of CG and unnatural. I want a quality look. I just wish you could have the option of paying a bit more, but picking your plants. Not to mention, there's region collections...but no midwest so nothing fits really. I'm still weighing if it's worth the $104...

PS. I'm asking because I think I want to take advantage of Daz3d's sale ($45 off) and am not sure when that sale ends so I gotta make a decision soon.
