FWIG you can buy Lite for $5 and then upgrade to Pro for $49 - at the same time. Kind of a roundabout way, but marketing is always something of a mystery IMHO.

Thread: Wrap a sheet in the cloth room. | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Diolma,
Using your concept of draping a horizontal figure, I simply offset the cloth so there was about 1/3rd over the back right side and 2/3rds over the left. Once the cloth on the right had draped over the body, I simply moved the right arm down to clamp the cloth in place as I began to rotate the body so the remaining cloth actually wrapped around it. I then used the left arm to clamp the wrap in place. Worked fine with lots of variability depending on how you size the cloth, where you place it initially, speed of rotation, etc. Can do a rotate slightly CW to wrap right side better, clamp with arm and then rotate CCW to wrap the rest of the body. Haven't gone much beyond this to see what other problems there might be, but it does work. Didn't even use constraints, just wrapped.

Acadia,
In actual fact it is not a hoax at all, but most probably is a programming glitch by the website's programmers. I was looking at the Quadruped Puppet Master item on CP and when I scrolled down, the screen grab is exactly what I saw!

The good news, though, is that now all those perverted pedophiles who would otherwise be lurking around Renderosity, can get Poser 5 and Aiko for free and satisfy their prurient interests without troubling the good folks at PayPal.

Thread: Poser 4 - the best app ever made | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
At the risk of ignition, I must truly say I fail to see the point of this thread. I use a 10-inch compound mitre saw when I cut two by fours, a multi-speed jigsaw when I cut plywood and a chainsaw when I cut branches and logs. If you have a tool that does the job then use it, but don't get on a soapbox about why you erroneously believe that it is the best tool "ever made." It is only the best tool for your particular purposes. I would hazard a guess that in this limited marketplace, content creators are those best positioned to determine what is selling and what is not and, if there is no significant demand for P4 content, they will not be creating such, notwithstanding your pleas. For better or for worse, it is the marketplace that ultimately determines "the best."

Rent Disney's Alladin.
Legs & body squash with anticipation of raised wings on the bottom of the squash, quick push off and lowered wings at top of stretch. Repeat wing cycle with legs folding and tail spreading, twisting opposite to body flex.
Think in terms of multiple camera angles: close shot for takeoff, wider shot for first leg of flight, widest shot for circling and leaving frame. That way you'll have more flexibility in how you handle the background vs. the parrot & any foreground objects. Remember a bird flying in place with the background being animated will be visually the same as a fixed background and moving bird which will be much harder to get right.

I don't know if this will help, but it's worth knowing if you don't.

They are also listed in Mimic along with possible variations. You could load one at a time and see what they look like on V3 while reading their associated phoneme sound. Then make a few words and see how they morph. Mimic rox!
