Scroll down until you see the link to Poser 11. Do not use the Poser 12 links, Poser 11 is on the very bottom.

I really appreciate your help, and everyone's help in here. 

I have a question, when I bought Poser Pro 11 for $52.00 USD then downloaded it onto my computer, when I go to open it, it says Poser 12 and the icon om my desktop screen says Poser 12. Did someone make a mistake by sending me the link to download Poser 12 by mistake or was that not a mistake Yes, I'm positive I paid for Poser 11 for the special $52.00 USD price. Perhaps that's why it keeps telling me my license number is wrong?

Support emailed me and said the license number IS the serial number. Is that correct? Either way, Poser tells me its incorrect. I'll try one last time. I'll let you all know if it finally works...

Yes, I did but hadn't included my order number at first but the person who responded asked me to give them my order so i replied to the email and sent it thru the email, but I haven't heard back. I have just resubmitted a new ticket hoping they get it for me finally. 

I bought it but it never gave me the serial number and I never received any help on getting it. I've had comments telling me it should be. but its not in those places and help ticket responder asked for my order number but I never heard back. HELP

I looked in my emails and spam file and I never received an email from Renderosity or Posersoftware.com

Maybe there was a glitch or something.

I did open a ticket for help on getting my serial number. Hourly I'm get it soon. 

I did pay for the name change.  Is my name showed to change automatically? I'll go back and check it out tonight. 

I do appreciate all the help in here.

If you bought Poser from the marketplace here then it should be listed in your purchase history in your account.

Very sad news indeed. I didn't know her personally, but I know she was very talented. I have several of her delightful products. Another new star is born up on the heavens....

May her mother and loved ones somehow find peace and comfort in her memories during this difficult time. Bless them.....

I came in here with the exact same issue,

Paypal shows that I paid for my order but here at Rendersoty, it shows payment pending. As long as i have been shopping here in the marketplace, i got the access immediately until now.

Okay, yeah I cannot find my characters that i bought. So I cannot add a character or their textures because i cannot find them and I have alot of folders that show up but they are empty. They even show a 0 showing me they are empty. Doggone it!
