It helped. Thank you. Lordy, I was taken prisoner by my browser-- somehow the date???change, maybe-- I was trying to figure out if my automatic payments were going to be screwed up by the holiday-- that'll teach me-- turned on Content Advisor, which decended like a Victorian Fascist Nanny to prevent me from ordering bananas. True, it wouldn't allow me to visit my supermarket delivery without password protection. I'll tell you, if I was a kid subjected to that kind of harassment on the web, I'd take an axe to the computer. However, if I was a kid, I would have known how to work around it much faster. Thank you, everyone, I can now view Naked Vickies in Temples, Woods or Living rooms with impunity. Clothed ones too. LOL. Emily

Panic is setting in and I forgot everything I ever knew. I'm disabled and this hijacking of my browser is killing me. Emily

This is what I get when I try to access my own gallery and click on my own render. Access forbidden! You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server. If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster Error 403 All of a sudden my whole browser is child protected-- every single page is forbidden to be opened. I'm cut off from the web. I'll try what you suggested which might work for Rendo--maybe-- but not for Google and every single other site which I have to give a password to access. What the heck happened to me? I switched to Opera but the problem continues. Emily

Thank you, Stahlratte-- I was wondering where the Nudity sign came in. Thought I'd fuzzed up my eyes there for a moment. Emily
Thread: Tattoo texture ? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
You don't need to ask permission at all if you are altering a purchased texture for your own use. I've altered just about every single texture, morph, etc, I've ever bought-- mixed and matched, thrown two textures together to make a new one, used bump map from one texture on another. I ain't selling nothing. Or giving the altered versions away. Anybody want to jail me, they can try. But it would be silly.:))These are tools to have fun with, ya know. Emily adding a tattoo over a seam-- not my idea of fun, more power to you.

Thread: Gallery vs. Forum | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
"Which is a truer depiction of someone - the works they produce or the words they post? " I think we're talking two different parts of the brain here. I know I switch over when I go from writing fiction or essays, say, to when I'm doing visual art. On the other hand, if someone is being a complete jerk about an artistic matter-- or confusing art and morality-- well, I do want to see if he or she does any art at all or if this is blowing smoke. Why? Cause an opinion that comes from experience counts more to me. There's another issue as well. We are a multinational forum and our posters often are using a language with which they have no facility. I think it's bogus to trash anybody for not being able to state a clear case in a foreign tongue. I couldn't do much more than say, hello in Spanish or French and I could even do that in Ukrainian or Greek. In those cases, words can betray you easily. Most of the time humor can come through but even then, a foreign language can make a joke seem harsher than it really is. Emily
Thread: comments box, help or kiss ass | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Soultaker, I think you gave a very well-balanced critique. If the artist can't take that kind and helpful a suggestion, they should not check the comments box. It's hard when you've put a lot of work into a piece and get something like "piece of crap!" But your comment was on the money-- and I say this whether I agree with it or not, since I haven't even seen the work. Artists are touchy about their "babies"-- heck I am to the highest degree and sometimes I'll indicate that in the comments. But it would help them to know this and refrain from checking boxes if they don't want to hear anything but "Excellent!! MORE, MORE, MORE!!". Emily

Gerald, thank you!! Really looks like a boardroom not just a tarted up office! Very Classy. Emily
Thread: Curious Labs - Please Note! ... Multiple UNDO for Poser ... sign up here. ... | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Of course, yes. It's the first "new" option I looked for and nearly cried when it was never mentioned. But I'll tell you, I'd would take One Undo that actually worked and wouldn't crash the proggie. It's so inutitive to include multiple undos, my only fear is they haven't because they can't. Without a complete rebuild. [same fear exists about resolving the memory issue, by the way] Emily

randym77 said "Okay, I downloaded Wardrobe Wizard and took a look at it. I don't think it uses the Cloth Room." Geeze, I hate rumors. [why don't I take a look for myself???? Too sick and half crazy-- they go together-- right now, to risk the disappointment. It's hell to get old.] Emily

Oh no, I don't want to use the cloth room-- that module terrifies me! I don't remember anything about cloth room requirements but haven't even opened up Wardobe Wizard yet, so what do I know. Well, BastBlack, you may not be the only one out in the cold-- I've been so looking forward to this program too. Sigh, Emily
Thread: Tresses for Koz Long Hair - coming soon | Forum: MarketPlace Showcase
Thank you, as always, for taking care of the boys in your hair fits. Wonderful styles, some of them look very noir retro, I mean the girls, of course-- very Barbara Stanwyck. Emily an old hippie who never quite got over shorthair on men becoming quite sooo popular.;))

This is a fabulous texture. One of my all time favorites and the most variations in one package you'll ever see. See him as a dirty old Santa in my-- not-so-hot render, but Angelo looks good, even in his silver years.:)) Thank you for reissuing a true classic, Cath.
