Subject: Can't pre-order Poser 5

Please pardon yet another thread on 5, but I was wondering if anyone else had problems signing in for their store-- I did last week but I figured it was new, maybe things would work out. Both of my e-mail addresses were rejected but they have no record of them on file either. I never know who I've signed in with and who I haven't, so I son't even know what I'm doing wrong, but has anyone else had a prob signing in. Yeah, I'll call them Monday, meanwhile I thought I whine a bit. Emily

Emily, I had trouble getting in to the site too, it wouldn't let me log in either! Are you by any chance using the IE browser? If so try Netscape, I did and then everything worked fine.

I had similar probs with Serial Number rejection_ but got very prompt reply from CL saying they had a small number of examples of same_"small (??!) bug in the system". I tried again this morning and all worked fine _ so keep trying they may have got it ironed out.

"Our couriers deliver between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday-Friday (Public holidays excluded). You should ensure that someone will be available between these hours at this address to sign for and receive the parcel. Our couriers will attempt 2 deliveries - after this, the package/s will be returned to our warehouse and you will be credited for the cost of the goods but not the shipping charges." I was already ordering my upgrade when I noticed that text... I cancelled the order. If I have no clue as to when they're trying to deliver it, how do I know when I'm supposed to be at home? I can't just sit here every day from 8am to 6pm... :(

Eowyn: I see the same problem for me!Maybe they can give a email or a phonecall the day before, or something like this. Or maybe a better solution, they should make a dl produkt for the main program and send the manual by cd. The dl would not be a big problem for me.I have dsl and thats really fast

DL P5? Whew! Although I too have dsl, I'm just thinking about what that would do the the CL website....

Tracking numbers for the delivery??? If it's UPS then you can know within around 24 when it will be there. Emily

I don't think that goes for international customers...?
