I loaded a sphere in Bryce 4, but it wouldn't give me the option to export the object. ?? I did find a nice sphere using Thorne's atmosphere tool, but I will certainly check out these others. Thank!

I've read the manual and checked the CD. I did a full install so it should be on my hard drive somewhere. I just can't find any trans map that says 'CatSuit'. :(

I'll try out posercity. Thanks for the invite. Let me say again I like the 2D art. I fact some of my favorite pics are by artist like SupraFly and others. I was just trying to think of why and how Renderosity got so big so fast. Adding the 2D and photography sections surely added to it and to me, well there are just a lot of forums for 2D art and Photography already out there. I just didn't see the need for them in a 3D community, though I guess Renderosity has expanded to a 'artist' community. I don't know, just wanting to express myself and find some links to some smaller 3D communities. Thanks again for the link.

I did load Linlin, put on one of Bebop's dresses with a trans. If I rendered it the system would lock up as soon as the status bar appeared. I took the hair off, it still locked up. I started over and loaded Linlin, removed her hair and added Koz ponytail, then added the dress and it rendered fine. The other day I was making a pic of the mermaid Pearl as a piece of sushi, when I added some soy sause (which I made semi transparent) the same thing happened, it locked up. I assumed it was the Koz hair Pearl uses and the fact I had something else transparent in the pic. Now I'm begining to wonder if it's just a memory problem, but I have no way to test that. Or maybe a space problem as the drive I have P4 on is down to about 24 Megs left.

I found a pumkin and jack-o-lantern at the propsguild. Still no planets though. Anyone know where I can find them?

I was trying a mermaid, Pearl, with Koz hair, so yes, hair was the main problem. She also has lots of jewerly props. The problem with taking them to Bryce is Bryce doesn't identify the meshes, so I have to bring everything over one piece at a time using a tall cylinder for heigh reference. Once everything is over then I have to recombine and group everything, after I apply the textures to the individual parts. The trans mapped hair is were I finally gave up. It also doesn't help the the model looks like crap in bryce light. I'm just doing to many things wrong and don't know what to adjust to make it right. :( For example if I had a step by step (I mean a real step by step) of how the woman with the hawk was made I'd be set. So far I have a mermaid with no hair or jewerly and she looks nasty.

I've adjusted the y on the left shoulder, but it always seems that her left breast is set about 3 inches below the right one. I have used it with good effect (as seen on some of my pics), it's just not easy. I was really hoping for some easy fix like 'set parent to ..' or something like that. Since I don't own Vic, and I'm sure I never will since I have so much stuff for Ms. P4, I was hoping someone knew of a free wrap for her somewhere.

Since I always go to the Poser 'What's New' section I never knew it was a Vicky prop. :(

I think I'm going to become violently ill. I used buttercup on a couple of my last pics I posted and just fell in love with the model. Beauty and innocence. Thorne your work in some of the best art I've ever seen. This news truly makes me sad.

I only have Bryce 4 and PSP7, and I don't do many animations. It doens't look like it would be worth the money to me. Thanks for the imput. :)
