Just got in from work, thanks for the replies. I placed a link to one shot that is hosted here. Here is how I priced the images. After looking at several stock photo houses I choose Getty Images as a model. I searched and found a photo not a current news item, just a stock photo that could be used in a promotion. I used their cost calculator and got as close as I could to a comparable license agreement. Then I subtracted 30% for overhead and commissions the resulting price was 10200.00 per image and that is what I quoted. they did not even bat an eye at that. The final decision is still 2 week off, but they requested some more copies in different resolution yesterday so it seems to be a strong possibility. I format the card every time I get ready to use it, and only in the camera. I use format instead of erase. Randy

The is good FTP the files to me zip them all togeather use your name as the name of the zip. It is hard to pair the list down I'm sure. Randy

Send the at least 1000px wide or tall we will down size them after the video is compiled. 5 would be about the min number you can send as many as 15 the target time for the video is 1 min. Randy

What I experienced was during rapid ( 1 per second) or full 8.3 frames per/sec for 10 frames or so. that I would get a Card failure error message and the camera would freeze up to the point that I would have to remove the battery to re boot the camera (canon 1d mkII). When I got home I would have to manually down load the files a small group at a time until I found the the files that were corrupt delete those files and down load the rest. I have formatted and defragged them on the computer (surface scan) then put them in the camera and reformatted them in the camera. I have never had this problem with a card only with the micro-drives. I do not the the drives any more they were green 2.2 gig (ultra store) maybe. It had occurred with all firmware upgrades of my camera.

Excellent use of blur I like the fact that you let it bleed over the subjects it adds quit abit to the over all feel of the image.

I will not use the CF drives any more 2 have failed on me at most inopportune times. It could be the write speed of the drive not matching the write speed of my camera body, but I just can not risk loosing 2 gigs of photos. It is for that reason that I only shoot with 1 gig card max now. It forces me to change cards and not put all your eggs in one basket. Randy
