For less than $20 you could just pop for a USB DVD Drive for your computer at Amazon here.Hi all. I'm in a bit of a pickle. I have a copy of Poser Pro 2012 from way back won during a holiday contest here on Renderosity. I have a whole lot of V4 files I'd like to use but I can't install this copy of Poser on my laptop for lack of a DVD drive. Is there any way to find an installer for Poser Pro 2012? I know it's a decade old program but I have the cd key and would love to still be able to use it, along with all my V4 files. I tried the Poser software page but they only have installers for Poser 11,12 and 13 that is now on trial. Is there anyone who knows a solution to my problem?

Since the Sales page lists James, Simon G2 as well as Michael 4 I would assume it works with the Poser 6 James, & Koji figures as well as the Poser 7 G2 figures James, Simon, Koji and Kelvin and Michael 4. James came default with Poser 6. He and the original Koji share the same configuration bodywise. The G2 figures came later and were then the base figures in Poser 7. I don't follow DAZ, so I don't know why Michael 4 is included as a figure that this prop works on.New to Poser. I need to do some basic anim of ancient Egyptians.ย I bought thisย Prop setย It says for "James" in Poser.ย Questions:
1. Which "James"? I see thisย P6Jamesย and thisย G2Jamesย
2. Do I need to buy this "James" and install it in Poser? Or does he come in some default install?
3. Is there a tutorial for importing props like the ones above and putting them on "James"?

Did you assign a material zone to the new mesh and make sure the CR2 references the new material zone? Also the new mesh needs to be added to the proper groups of chest and shoulder by regrouping the OBJ file before you export it out. If it's not part of any group it won't show up.
