Thanks for all your answers. I am using Vue 5 and I'm in love with the whole program (and extremly sad with the crashes, of course). The idea of converting them to VOBs and the other, to hide the covered body parts do seem to help a lot! I have only been able to pay with Vue at night, when I get home from work, so here to the dead brain situation may be at work. :-) Will try a little more and see what happens. Sygnus

one enter too soon... its the first place where poser looks for textures, so it will greatly improve the search time.

well.... I dont know about you, but I have quite a lot of figures... to correct them would be more prblem than I would be willing... and randym, just leave the texture folder where it is: do a search for . on it and move all you find there (except for the folders, of course) to the root textures folder.

People started to call me and complain that my images were gone. Not a crowd, I must admit, but some 3 or 4 friends.... and I can assure they were not at all offended by the nudidty in my images, so I ask of you to please, allow visitors to view what we display. After all, even though I know it is not a new flag, I am proud to carry it: what is so wrong with nudity that some people consider it worst than war and plague?

Thanks all for your comments... Think ill take the chance. I do use male models in more than 1 out of 5 renders, as I am producing digital comics, so I guess he is going to be in a darker version of our reality real soon. Liam

In order to dress her, I had to export the meshes for regular Vickie clothes, import them back as raw meshes and clothify them. It works great for some simpler pieces, but still takes some time for some more elaborate ones... By the way, this is my very first experience in scaling down a figure to make her younger. I would greatly appreciate any feedback on her, specially about proportions and stuff...

This is a bug in habwares plugin. It have been discussed here before and I heard someone say that they did report it and Hab did reply that they are not going to fix it... the solution, then, is to import and export with the scale of 1.0

it is free at www.habware.at/duck4.htm (or duck3.htm if youre on max3) there is also on objtomax, which is very usefull as well. and they both work on max 5!
