I think Justice is fantastic. I've had a lot of fun with the outfit, especially with the Alice character. The package comes with different reflection maps for the armor - fake, none, and real. If you use the real reflections on the armor, it can take a little longer to render, but I think the effect is worth it. Justice also comes with a few poses to get you started off with. As webster2772 said the product is "TOP NOTCH."
Justice and Alice made me buy V4 - before that I was happy with V3 (that's where things got expensive for me  )
If you're interested, I have a few renders with Justice as well as other Aery_Soul products in my gallery.

I'm a jalapeño... onna steek
Sorry, couldn't resist. That's a good suggestion... I've used the mirror balls used in gardens before, those work well too.
Thread: How do you browse the gallery? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I have been thinking about it, and there is actually a lot of work done out side of Poser, besides the rendering. I usually also do a bit of post work in photoshop as well - be it color correcting/balancing or adding effects and even writing about the characters.Â
Views are nice I will admit, but to be totally honest, I really like and need the creative outlet. Since I've gotten back into Poser (I've spent a LOT of money) but I've started doing the things I really enjoy again - writing and visualization. And I guess that's what's really important.
... and what pakled said

That's a pretty tough call but a good point. I would hate to see a vendor product shot rendered in Vue for instance when it's a Poser item. I think that would be misleading. One of the reasons I think I post items in the Poser gallery even when I render in Vue is that I still "feel" (my wife is a psychologist and "feeling" is always in quotes for me :D) that its Poser "artwork" (not sure if you can call what I do artwork - but I do :P).Â
But with the fact that most of what I do is mixed medium it would make sense to put it there and that kind of leads back to the original question of how do you browse the gallery. Being a needy artist type I like seeing people view my renders and would changing the galley type from poser to mixed medium, for instance, affect that in anyway?Â
IÂ do feel that I was missing a lot of quality work because I just browsed the poser gallery specifically and I'm glad I started using "What's New" so I don't miss much.

I have been really impressed with a lot of stuff that I'm seeing in the, one of the main reasons for this thread. For example, I do render in Vue often, but I always post in the Poser Gallery. I see quite a few images rendered in Vue and posted in the Vue gallery, so I felt that I was missing a lot (I read PgG47's tutorials and then I started going to "What's New").
I'm still trying to get used to the "new" renderosity in general (although I think "What's New" has been around for a long while) - there have been a LOT of changes since my day - gosh I feel like an old man now. "Back in my day..." :)

Excellent! Sounds like something I'll have to checkout. Thanks for the suggestion BAR-CODE!
Thread: poser 5 vs poser 7 ? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I just purchased the upgrade from P5 to P7 today. I've only had a few moments to play (stupid work) but I am loving what I see. Area Render is nice especially when fine tuning materials, I really liked the content browser as well. It does seem to render faster and the render status seems to be a bit more accurate - it at least offers more details as to what it is doing. I can't wait to get this project I'm working on done so I can play some more.

PoserPro does seem to have a nice feature set, but I'm most interested in the integration with Maya. To have a workflow from Poser to Maya would be awesome not to mention the HDR export. I'd be interested in seeing the pricing between P7 and PPro.
Thanks for the warm welcome all. It feels nice being back "home."

Sounds like some pretty nifty features in P7 (I found the "features" page at E-Frontier as well). Looks like I'll be upgrading. Thanks for the D|S link. Things have changed a lot while I was gone :)

I'd prefer the Japanese names (only because I know them:)). But I think the D&D versions might work best. Can't wait to see the armour!

Foxseelady here are the images as I've seen them:
http://www.renderosity.com/tut.ez?Form.ViewPages=125&PageAction=View&Page=14
and
http://market.renderosity.com/softgood.ez?ViewSoftgood=8221. I believe you can also find this image in the P5 manual in the color image spread they did.
I'm not too sure about the V3 Angel though... I did a quick search in the galleries and didn't come up with anything.
Just for a little vindication, this guy has been plugged on the front page at cgtalk.com, where he is being ripped and black listed. We may not have any legal recourse, but at least some can make sure hell never get a job in the CG industry. Thank goodness the CG industry that is still a relatively small community.
