Heyas Pendy, we dont actually want your money.......which isn't the snub it might sound.....3dmodelz is for sale. With regards to your points raised, damn straight a product should do what it says on the tin....Looks enquiringly at Poser 5....grin.....It should be ready to go, no excuses. Pendy....I'm in a good mood (strangely, considering recent circumstances)....so pick any product from our store and i'll send you a copy, on us. A farewell gift from 3dmodelz... Hi Jet, about this time of year, Renderosity sends out its yearly surveys, The Community Survey and the Buyers (Marketplace) Survey. They get two merchants to sponsor them, and when you fill in each, you get a choice of the sponsored freebies....so fill in both, get both free items. Normally, they choose a couple of really top merchants, for some reason this year we've got a shout at it. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to say who the other merchant is, so I'll let them do that....so theres a couple of cool freebies up for grabs in return for a few minutes form-filling....

Oh, you're in good hands with us Pendy....**Wicked Grin**...j/k..lol on the subject of upgrades, we will be updating a lot of our older props packs during the rest of this year, because as we improve our skills, these don't look as good as they did when we first created them. And, theres a free add-on available for the Ultimate Urban series, which can be obtained by filling in the soon-to-arrive Renderosity surveys. Fill in either the Marketplace or Community survey, and you'll get Ultimate Urban #0 free.

Thanks KJ, Jet, The Ultimate Urban #1 pack is the retail one, available in the MP. The Ultimate Urban #0 pack is a sponsor pack for the Renderosity Community/Marketplace surveys. Fill in either survey, and the kindly folks at Renderosity will send you a link for either UU #0 or theres another item by another merchant, but since I dont know if I'm allowed to say who, I won't, at this point. Fill in both surveys and get both freebies!!!! The Ultimate Urban #0 title will be used for all future free add-ons for this series. Ultimate Urban #2 will be available towards the end of the month, with an overall plan for this series already laid out. With the seperate buildings and props contained in these packs, by the time its finished, it will be by far the largest collection of urban buildings and props available at R'osity.

Good point keith, this IS the Product Showcase forum, so store links are the order....heheh Didnt mention customer support, because I had assumed that every Merchant realised that customer service is the Prime Essential aspect of being a merchant. Customers are your raison d'etre as a merchant. Without them, you are not a merchant....! As an addendum to customer service we also do things like supply new versions of products to previous customers for free. So anyone that bought version 1 of WorldZ, got version 2 free, despite the fact that to all intents and purposes it was a new product, since we re-built it completely.....but nonetheless, we still gave it to buyers of version 1 for free....then we made version 1 available as a freebie.....see [Our free section at 3dmodelz](http://www.3dmodelz.com/Free/downloads/downloads.php) under Poser > Extras for version1 of worldz, and addons for version 2.....then browse the 400 or so free items we have there....**grin**.....and when we make a version 3 of WorldZ, we'll do the same.....
