You'll have to explain to me what "runtime" is.
I'm not familiar with "external runtime" either.
I have a fast hard drive and LOTS of free space on my hard drive. I don't think limited disk space is the problem.

Go to the wall's prop property. Click on: Cast shadows to turn off the shadow effects. Presto! No shadows from the walls!

I think it looks great. Hands are fine... most people don't catch the small errors. I think it needs less shine on the face, because that's where a viewer's eyes will look.
