I bought the JAM Studio tablet for under $20. I'd never used a tablet before, but I can tell you this one sucks. I'll be getting a new one soon. Any recommendations that won't break the bank?

... and, pakled - I already have Wings3D. I'm also fiddling with which external modeler I want to spend my time learning - figuring there will be things I'd like to do that Bryce won't be able to handle. I'm also looking at a free version of Cinema4D plus other free versions out there. shadowdragonlord - Nice tower! I particularly like the concept of interior and exterior shots from the same model. others - thanks! I think I'll go with the multiple cubes method. I'm guessing thats going to give me more flexibiliy, especially in terms of texturing. Cheers!

I think maybe the door height in a museum would be higher. The doorway here looks like a standard home doorway... perhaps if it was closer to the ceiling? Same might hold true with the ceiling height... just a thought.

Since I can't edit my post, here is a correction: I meant the texture on the cliff on the LEFT has lousy texture. Not that the others don't... :-)

They should log out and log back in... There is quite a heated discussion of this in the Poser forum ... seems its a glitch somewhere. They have discussed over there ad nauseum.

I downloaded Robin Cooks tutorials extracted from the online classes... those are the best I've see yet. Better than my Shamms book.
