Supervilla has four folders - figures, props, lights and materials. For the sake of taking a simple screen capture, I restricted the search to just figures. In the past, double-clicking on a folder took me to that folder in the Library. Clicking on Locate in the right-click context menu used to do the same thing as well. No more though.You only have Figures selected to search through. It it that it might be a prop (Supervilla sounds like a prop rather than a figure is why I ask)?

No, I'm not running as an Administrator.Are you running Poser 11 as administrator? I had a situation where setting Poser to run as administrator prevented the app from performing any drag & drop from the browser. Switching that off corrected the problem.

I realize that double clicking an item loads it. That is not the problem that I am facing. When I double clicked a folder in the search results in the past, Poser 11 used to locate the folder in the Library. When I right-click a folder or an item in the search results, Poser 11 pops up a menu to Locate the folder or item in the Library or to Show the folder in Explorer. In the past, clicking one of those options executed the option. Now, clicking one of those options does nothing. Any ideas to get this extremely helpful feature working again? Thanks.

Double-clicking an item does load the item. Double clicking a folder no longer locates the folder nor does selecting Locate after a right click on a folder or item locate it.
Thread: Library Search | Forum: Poser 12
Hello. I opened Poser 11 Pro this afternoon and did a search for an item. The search produced the figure and its parent folder. Until the very recent past, I could double click on a folder or item (or right click on it and select Locate) and be taken to the folder location in the library. Today, neither of those two methods work nor does right-click/Show in Explorer. Does anybody know how to resolve this or know why it may be happening?
Double clicking on an item does still load the item in Poser.
Thanks.

Where have the last three years gone?? I gave AVFIx and Send in the Clones another try today but Clones still causes Poser Pro 11 to crash and close.

Oddly, though, it is again for a product that comes free with Poser 11 (and Poser 12, I presume, although I do not have Poser 12).

GLC4243,
As you hopefully already know, there is content that is sold in the renderosity Marketplace but which comes free with Poser 11 Pro. You can view it at https://www.posersoftware.com/poser-free-dlc. It should all install with the Poser 11 Pro installation but I found a few inconsistencies in my installation two years ago. Hopefully, all of the listed content downloaded with your installation and none of the comments below will apply to you.
Two weeks or so ago, I wanted to make sure that I had all of the listed additional free content and a reference image of the content that came with Poser 11 Pro. I clicked on each image on the web page referenced above and then checked to see if the product was installed in my Poser library and to save an image of the product if I did not already have one. I knew that I had the product files and images for La Femme and L’Homme, so I started with the HiveWire3D products and worked my way down the page – 90 products in all.
What I discovered was that two products had no link to a store page, three products that didn’t get installed with Poser Pro, and five products that were not included at all as far as I could tell from searching the zipped and unzipped files that I downloaded with Poser 11 Pro.
* The Great Lake by JeffersonAF - The image on the web page is not linked to the product’s store page.
* Medieval Siege Tower by Dante78 - The image on the web page is not linked to the product’s store page.
* Crux Sweet Rebel for La Femme (137337)
- I was able to find this product in the La Femme_BonusContent_02 zip file and
manually install the Runtime folder.
* Kayla Hair For V4 M4 and La Femme for
Poser (135477) – No product found; store page not marked as included with Poser
11.
* La Femme Closet-4 (135996) - I was
able to find this product in the La Femme_BonusContent_02 zip file and manually
install the Runtime folder.
* La Femme Sportswear (136925) - I was
able to find this product in the La Femme_BonusContent_02 zip file and
manually install the Runtime folder.
* Modern Home 2 (108449) – No product
found
* RP Fresh Girl for the RP Girl Gear
Pack (128305) – No product found
* Oriental Fantasy Hair (72744) – No
product found; store page not marked as included with Poser 11.
* Romantic Folly (126363) – No product found; store page not marked as included with Poser 11.
Thread: Purchased an item I already got for free back in December :'( | Forum: MarketPlace Customers
I've had this same thought for a few years. I follow the same practices as yaught except for the spreadsheet part but I've thought of doing that as well. I've bought one or two items that came free with Poser 11 Pro.
Another possible solution for free items so that they go through the store and show up as purchased items in one's account it to set the price at $3.50 and include a discount code worth $3.50.

Jenn,
Hello. Thanks for the info that this is an item that is on the list of future features in the store.

Hopefully, many more customers will express similar sentiments here or in other threads to the extent that the management at Renderosity listens and pays attention to what customers want. Missed sales opportunities = lower revenue.
Thread: Send in the Clones | Forum: Poser Python Scripting
A Duck search for the Send in the Clones for Poser manual found it, so I have that now. I could not determine from the Poser 9 splash screen or Help menu aby info as to whether SR 3 was installed for my Poser 9. Because I download and save executable files and zip files for any software and content that I buy, I was able to locate the SR 3 update file from 2013. I ran it but Clones still refuses to launch even with AVix. Time to move on ...

Thanks for the latest advice. I'll do a Duck search as well as look at the other DS scripts. Since I have UltraScatter Pro for DS, I'll launch it on its maiden voyage soon and, if desired, save cloned objects and take them into Poser. I've been a hobbyist/tinkerer at this for about 12 years but retired for good last so so I have time to throw at all of this.

It appears that you have the manual for the Poser version. How did you get it? I've put in a ticket to D3D Support asking about getting a copy of the PDF tutorial that is supposed to come with the DS version of Clones. Having the Poser manual would be even better.
I bought UltraScatter Pro for Daz Studio last year but haven't gotten around to launching it yet - like so many other products that I've bought over the years. UltraScatter Pro most likely does all that Send in the Clones can do and much more. But it's the principle of buying a product that should work and have the documentation to inform you on how to configure it to work.

Although I've studied a few programming languages in the past, I’m not a programmer. I’m a recently retired math teacher. I’ll explore more your Poser Shell idea.
Although I bought Send in the Clones for Poser in February 2020, the product is a decade old. The vendor uploaded his video to YouTube in 2010. I don’t know what version of python he used to compile his scripts. I checked to see if that information might be in the Properties for a compiled script but it was not. What I did discover was something that I’ve never seen before in a Properties window. All of the scripts have a Security warning and an Unblock box.
I ticked the Unblock box for the P9InlineClone.pyc and its launcher file Inline Clone.py and tried again both with and without running AVFix before attempting to launch Inline Clone. No success.
I only paid $7.47 for the product and at this point, it’s more about getting the product to work if that is possible. I'll also check the Properties window for the Security warning on my other computer running Poser 9 to see if that has any effect there.
