can i add material in p4, save to library, then replace original runtime:geometris obj. with the library figure obj. and could i add material in p4 save as obj. delete obj. and rsr. and reconvert phi.

ray dream deletes materials, there's no way around it. but if your'e using p4 you can manually reset materials w/ grouping tool, save in prop folder, then edit cr2 to use maps. you must also remap uv coordinats exactly the same as before importing into rds. i recomend steve cox uv mapper. then paste original texture onto new uv map. save the new map, and done. if your'e not using p4,sorry i could not help. good luck ;-)

my warioress is based on p4 nude woman, will mateial remain if i only change non head parts. and since mateial is set in geometry, can i use rdd 5.5 to set them, if so how.

woops, forgot to mention the joint was that of medieval armour. but sort of, but once i bend the forearm, the armour move with it and the figure joint is exposed.

CAN YOU BELIEVE IT. the "." in obj.file shouldn't be there. it was messing it up. thanks to everyone who helped

kevin, i had a phi builder. it gave me the same result, so i got mad and deleted it. bushi, my free winzip trial ended and i don't have it. can i e-mail the files to you.

is your character 3d. if so, import obj file into poser. use the grouping tool to group body parts, click spawn props. a prop is made for eack group. use hierarch window and properties to create heirarchy. click create new figure. you will have to make texture map and joint params.
