Thank you!  I can't agree more about the intrusive nature of the promotional images... I had suggested that the TOS be changed to enforce a label their promotional images as such, but this is a much better fix!

Thanks for the response, but I'm not sure I understand your instructions. I've tried every search combination I can think of, but only get he images from my gallery and those that have my user name in either their title or description. I didn't see the images on which I left comments.

I'm using Internet Explorer 9. The order # is 113195600 but I was finally able to download everything.

I had to pause and resume the downloads at least 40 times each to get each file to download... I tried navigating to other sites and even moving around the galleries and opening images with no delays so I know its not my internet provider. I have had this problem every time I try to download a file from her (and only here).

Who's bright (?) idea was this! If the goal was to make this site significantly less user friendly, then congratulations, you succeeded! Now get your heads out of your butts and put it back the way it was!

WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR DOWNLOAD PROCESS? Since being polite didn't get a response I thought I'd try the direct approach!
If you cannot deliver the products when they're purchased why would anyone want to buy anything from here... which I believe is how you all get paid!

I have been having problems downloading my last two orders over the last two days. The download constantly freezes and I can only get it to restart by pausing and resuming it over and over again (upwards of 60 times/file) then they completely fail. I have seen that several other people are experiencing this same issue. Is there a problem on your end or am I getting screwed by Comcrap again?

Thank you longprong for finding the solution! I guess it makes sense that there had to be a fix... there had to be too many people screaming at Microsoft for them not to have a resolution available. I've installed the trouble shooter, and pined it to my task bar for easy access in the future. Hopefully the conflict will be resolved before they release the next patch.

I'm glad it worked for you Badia01. Unfortunately there does not seem to be a way for anyone other than a Windows programmer to turn off the automatic update feature in Windows 10. The best I've been able to find is setting the restart function to manual, but until Smith Micro comes up with a patch it looks like we're going to have to uninstall that update (KB3132372) every time our machines reboot... so much for Microsoft forcing the world to "upgrade" to Windows 10!

Thank you all for your timely replies... I did hear back from Smith Micro. Apparently there is a conflict between the executable file and a new Windows update, specifically KB3132372. Smith Micro suggested removing the update, and that seems to have worked.

Thank you for your reply... I recreated the light set in Poser Pro 2014 and it seems to work, but I'm still fumbling around with its new features.

Even though my morphs don't effect my V4 figure at lest I can copy them down and redo the figure with them then save it again with the external binary morph targets turned off.

Its strange that its taken nearly a year for this to start effecting my image files.

Since you mentioned that the problem was fixed in a Poser 7 service pack, I guess the long term solution is to upgrade to Poser 8.
