REGISTER: Whats exactly your problem? Have you filled out all the fields correctly? What kind of error message do you get when you try to register? What is your problem on the support page? Cannot you post your request? Then they offer you an e-mail to the technician. Select TECHNICAL SUPPORT then VUE (the version you have)---> AN ISSUE NOT LISTED HERE click CONTINUE On the next page go to the bottom and click CONTINUE TO KNOWLEDGE BASE On the next page write "serial" in the field and click OK. This brings you to a page where you see CONTACT A TECHNICIAN. Click it and write your problem in details. Hope this helps:-) Guitta
mouser, The "Contact Technician" button lets you send emails to support. We dont post direct emails on our website for two reasons. The first is that a lot of questions have answers in our knowledgebase, and that's the best and fastest place to find an immediate answer to any questions. The second is -- spam. Spammers suck email addresses off of websites and then spam, spam, spam. That address you have does not go to technical support, but in fact, goes to #2. And since #2 changes in most episodes of The Prisoner, I cannot guarantee you'll get answer, #6 ;-) Best regards, Lynn Fredricks e-on software

Lynn there is a trick to post you e-mail address on web pages so that the spammers can't suck the life out of it... How? Never post your real e-mail address in plain bot site... Encript it instead... I've been trying without success to get e-onsoftware.com's registration form to accept my copy of Vue4's serial number without success? (it installed just fine) To make it worse e-onsoftware do not seem to like talking to human beings, at least thats the only conclusion I get from their contact & support pages. How do you get their attention because their support pages just drag you around in an endless loop?
