Hi, For first time purchases with a credit card, you will need to email store@renderosity.com with either the 3-digit security code or toll free phone number from the back of your credit card along with your username. Hi, As soon as you send the email with the security information, we will set you downloads right away as long as it is within our business hours listed at the top of this page. Also I have seen some AVS failures come through from your account where you are trying to purchase and the system either can't verify your address or the address is wrong. Please do not keep pushing the make secure purchase button. You need to follow the instructions with that error to contact us at our toll free number so we can verify manually.
