DAZ|Studio F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Jan 11 12:30 am)
Hi yayasangel, If you installed DAZ|Studio after installing Poser, you should have received an option to search for all installations of Poser on your hard drives. If you point D|S at your runtime folder, you should be able to access your existing Poser stuff and use it in D|S. It may not all work correctly as this is a beta program. If you search Freestuff you will find a section called Hair Objects in the Poser section. You might have some success with those. Just make sure you are downloading an actual hair model and not a) A texture set for one b) An add on pack for one. Instead of clicking on a body part, I would suggest you scroll through the drop down list of body parts and select the one you want from there. I haven't had any success with clicking on body parts in the preview window myself. Hope that is of some help, Shanna :-)
