I just purchased "Nerd 3d Walk Designer" for Victoria 3, but when I got to the final screen it said I bought it, and where it says "Download" is just blank. What should I do? (I'm on a Mac, os9)

Please check the "ebot" email receipt that explains first time buyers need to be verified before first order can be downloaded. Just a confirmation email store@renderosity.com with your three security digits (on signature line) and the issuing card company's toll-free number. Once we've verified the information, your items will be made available for download. This is a security feature that's only on first orders. I have the same problem - but the payment was by Paypal - so surely this shouldn't need to be verified. I'm confused. :(
