Subject: Cant Make a Purchase due to Credit Card Input Error.

Hello, I input a wrong number on the credit card number and was told "We are unable to process your order. Please contact our office at 1-866-220-2949 for further assistance. Thank you. Renderosity Store Staff". As no one is available at the office till Monday how dow I proceed. My account username is SAF. Regards, Shaun.

Ooh me too, me too. I tried to go to checkout and there was some kind of error message. I tried a couple of times, and when it didn't work I thought well maybe my mastercard is maxed out, so then I tried a different card, and maybe I put the wrong number in because that didn't work either, but when I went to try it again I got this message:- We are unable to process your order. Please contact our office at 1-866-220-2949 for further assistance. Thank you. Renderosity Store Staff So I tried logging off and logging on but it still doesn't work. I have a 10% discount coupon that expires tomorrow and I want to buy the things before it expires. "this coupon expires 09/26/04 at 11:59pm system time (CST)" I think that's your tomorrow. It's today here in australia. Love esther

I have exactly the same problem. A "decline" (for no reason I can figure out) then an "unable to process your order" when I try another card. Please reset me as well. Thanks

Hi smallspace, Your card has been reset. Make sure you dont use dashes when entering in your credit card number...use one long string of numbers. (Ex : 1234567891234567) Let me know if you continue to have problems. Clint

Yup, I have the same problem. Seems to be an MP system thing - I've had similar situations before, made a mistake at checkout, but always got a second chance. But not this time. ?? I need a reset badly :o) as it's the last day for that 10% coupon! Thanks :] Fish
