Hi Lynn, As part of our verification process we ask that you send us the toll free phone number or security number off the back of your credit card along with your Renderosity member name. When we have this information, we'll be happy to activate your purchase. All future Credit and Debit card purchases will be available for immediate downloading. This information should be sent to store@renderosity.com This step is done to protect you, the merchants, and Renderosity from stolen credit cards or fraudulent Paypal accounts from being used to purchase items on this site. hi all, i have made amy first purchase here with in store credit, and can't download anythink, the button is missing. got i have to wait or is something wrong with my browser? thanks lynn
