Hello, You would need to go through the same "First Time Buyer" procedure by either replying here or emailing the store@renderosity.com with either the 3-digit security code or toll free phone number from the back of your credit card along with your username. As soon as this information is verified, we will activate your download. This is for first time purchases only (under new username); all future purchases will be available for immediate download. How long it is necessary so that a first purchase is accepted... ?
I changed my UserName yesterday, after having saved my 210 purchases makes under my old UserName. :o)
It is the same Visa card. I am not pressed, I would simply like to know.
