and what you would normally do is......... Have you tried importing the OBJ and simply saving it as a prop directly first, and then load the prop from the library?

When you UVMapped it in Hex, did you create the material names first? When you try to apply your map in Poser, do you have the choice between several texture domains?
Maybe try "normals forward" in the material room?

Hi,
I just made a smart prop (my first, modelled in hex ) but I can't seem to texture it in poser.
If I add a texture as normal it will still turn out grey. Any idea what I
might have missed ?
