Ever heard of google, *heh heh heh*, I'd type color skin reference pictures and clothing textures, in seperate searches of course...you might also try the Texture Forum here. Probably some good tips just perusing the main forum listing, tho it doesn't seem that long. A good place to ask as well for sure. For brushes go to Free Stuff and hit the search button and type brushes...sure to be a whack there. That smiling trick is likely done with some sort of morphing software or a Photoshop® plug in of some sort.. ...

Go to 3dlinks.com and look for the textures listings. You can also google image search for cloth, material, cotton, leather, etc. You can also set the image browser to only show large images.
There really aren't many good images of skin on line. What I'm going to tell you to do will sound extremely weird. Go to google image search, turn off safe search, and enter porn, naked women, naked men,or whatever porn type body part word you want. Set it to browse only large images or extra large images. Plenty of exposed skin in porn images. That's what I do when I need new skin. Also you can find some pretty good faces that way.

yes im looking for some good online sources for live models so i can take the pics and use that to help me create some skins....also where do i go online to find good clothing textures sites please....and another question how do u take pics and make them so that the avatar is like smiling or frowing ..crying and such....also wwhere do i find lots of sties for makup brushes and turtorials on how to create makeup over skin on avatars
