Sometimes, the message entry area shows up black and it its not
possible to enter or edit a message.  Sometimes this happens
after I create a reply and then do a preview ... sometimes it happens
when I try to edit a message (this really hurtz when I kant kerrekt u
speling eror ... LOL).

My default browser is Netscape 7.2 ... so there ...

Please ask the programmers to look into this problem.

Do we have any response on this issue?

Are you using the most current version of Netscape? We haven't had any other complaints of this nature so I'm not sure why you are having this issue?

I'm using Netscape 7.2 ... that's the latest version that includes an eMail client.

Hmm, I logged in as you to check to see what I saw (Using Firefox, then with IE7) and this didn't happen for me at all. I don't have or use Netscape at all but I'm wondering if something there is the issue. I know we have others using that browser without problems like this though??  It looks like from the screen shot that the page maybe isn't loading all the way or something?? I'm not sure.

I'm pleased that StaceyG responded by asking,

It looks like from the screen shot that the page maybe isn't loading
all the way or something?? I'm not sure.

I have tried, without success, doing (a) page refresh; (b) clear disk cache
and then page refresh; (c) tearing my hair out. ... all without success.

Is there any settings in your internet options like in IE you can check what you want. Could be something with the security. If you have a clipboard one make sure it is set to copy and paste or allowing it to open.

Looks to me like either the editor isn't loading all the way, or maybe it could be in the CSS?

In my initial message I said,

In my followup message I said,

... all without success.

Yes, I agree that it seems that the editor does not fully load -- in fact,
I can see that area of the scree flash white ... then black ... then white
... several times.  Usually the sequence ends with the editor area
usable but sometimes (perhaps 5% to 10% of the time) it remains
black and unusable.

I don't know of any user settings or options in this or any other browser
to enable browser instability.

As I said in my initial message,

**Please ask the programmers to look into this problem. **
