Please refund my order # 111454750

I has problems to use this product in Poser 7 german and contacted the vendor but he can not help me.

Hello,

As per our policy on the refund page, the vendors approve refunds on their products. The vendor will need to contact us at store@renderosity.com with the information if they agree to a refund.
