Hello,

 

Your order is available for download. You need to go to MY ACCOUNT under the MEMBERS tab on the top navigation menu and then click the order ID # and you will see the download link(s) beside the item title to download.

Hi - sry should have been more clear - it doesn't work like that for gift certs - i should have an email i think?

Just realised the order was marked unpaid

I'm working such silly hours at the moment and i've been so tired I never even picked that one up.

It's why I decided to get the Gift Certs in the first place, so I wouldn't have to keep checking my accounts when I wanted to buy something - doh!
