There are several of us that monitor emails coming into payments and respond to emails sent by customers. I don't show any emails coming in from you to that email address if you sent one directly so I apologize as I'm not sure why we wouldnt' have received your direct email.
The way paypal payments work is if you click the "paypal" button on the checkout page and go through the process that way,the order automatically gets marked as paid by the system and all is well. If you for whatever reason don't go through the process that way or paypal is down and you have to send the money from paypal, you would need to email us directly at either the payments email address or the store email address so we can manually mark your order as paid after confirming via paypal that the payment is complete.
I'm not sure if you are saying you emailed us directly and didn't get a response each time or if you are meaning the automated paypal ebot came through to payments@renderosity.com
In any case, I've confirmed your paypal payment and marked your order as paid
In the future if your order isn't automatically marked as paid as soon as your order is complete the best thing to do is email directly to store@renderosity.com or post in this forum so we can confirm and manually mark your order as paid.

Thanks for the quick turnaround on this...
The scenario in each case was that I sent money to payments@renderosity.com directly from my PayPal account. When I can, I DO use the "immediate" payment at the time of order (via the PayPal button.)
There are cases though - such as when I'm not at home when I place the order - when I don't have access to my PayPal "Identity Protection" gizmo. In these cases, I login to PayPal when I get home and "manually" send a payment to "payments@renderosity.com." I place both my Rendo ID plus the order number within that message that PayPal sends. Not sure why you're not getting these messages sent from PayPal. One of life's mysteries, I guess....

Is there a formal process wherein SOMEONE is responsible for monitoring the 'payments' mailbox? I ask because on several occasions (I think this is my third or fourth), two days have elapsed after I have paid via PayPal (using the email method of payment) and the order is never marked as 'paid' (unless I make a posting here or send a followup email.) I would think there exists some procedure wherein 'payments@renderosity.com' is checked periodically during the day for payments received... Would you mind sharing how/when things are actually done???
