I found this to be a nice practice (attached link)Tho, it be much easier to just let the high res square (used as a sheet/towel) fall down on a figure, for the start.
You can positon the figure in frame 1 already, and just let the high res square fall on it for a few frames (like 20, with an additional 10, but no more movements on the figure anymore, to just let it all settle a bit more)

I would think this would be easy, but I can't figure it out. I want to create my own dynamic sheet, blanket, towel, etc. that I can place above a reclining figure and let it fall and gracefully conform to the figure. How do I do that?
