Okay, today is release day... no idea how to download my pre-ordered upgrade.  Anyone know how?  Will they send me an email with a link?  Why haven't they sent it already?

On my order history it says I have a voucher code to redeem for the download, no idea where to redeem it.

Anyone know what's going on?

Thank you very much for your pre-order of Poser Pro 2012. Your new software is going to be ready for you to claim on Tuesday, 9/20 so we wanted to send out a reminder on what the steps are for redeeming your pre-order voucher.

Step #1 – Open a web browser and visit the online store to log into your account with your user name and password.
Sign in here: http://store.smithmicro.com/signin.aspx

Step #2 – Click on the redemption url below and then click the "Proceed to Check Out" button.

Step #3 – Review the shopping cart. Digital buyers can choose to keep or delete the Extended Download Service on their order – it is automatically added so if you don't want it, be sure to use the "trash can" button to remove it.

Step #4 – Apply your Pre-Order Voucher Code to the order: Ra7e4eWyg.

Enter the code above into the Coupon area and click on the "Apply Coupon" button

Step #5 – Click continue and complete the order process. Shipping fees or extended download service will require payment.

Your voucher was just for the amount of the software, so if you ordered a physical shipment or you decided to keep the Extended Download Service you will be prompted for a credit card in order to pay for just that item during check out.

If your order is $0, you will just be presented with the confirmation and download page right away.

I have also received today information about ok to  proceed the steps are for redeeming your pre-order voucher.

i click to the adress url in the Smith micro email and got the message the adress is invalid

I go directly to Smithmicro ,sign in ,put upgrade 2012 in the cart ,try apply the pre-order voucher code  and nothing change the  full price for the upgrade  still there

So maybe we  must wait that Smith micro correct this

Maybe you have to click "reload" if you visited the link earlier. The link they sent me worked for me (Pro Upgrade - download). A shame that it will need some hours before I can start downloading....

Well, that was a convoluted process. The store kept kicking back my coupon code when I typed it in. Then I remembered the PDF coupon they provided when I preordered - clicked the link in it and it took me direct to the shopping cart w/the coupon already applied. I paid the bucks for shipping and, voila, in a week or so I should have it.

Not sure why I couldn't type it in myself.

DO NOT USE the link above or any random link posted in the forums to redeem your voucher - use the link on your own voucher or that was sent to you in email.  You must use your voucher for your specific orderered version and those each have unique links.  There may be a cache issue with the link for your order, customer service can help you with a solution.

Shift-clicking the link did it for me (same as reloading, I guess...)
