If the beads' geometry is part of a body part group, then you'll get distortion.
The only way you can solve the problem is to add extra bones and groups, in this case one per strand, however this is a nightmare in the making if you are planning to have any morphs that affect the attachment point for the bead strings.
Maybe they should be dynamic instead of conforming?

Should be worth a try. Do they behave properly in the cloth room? Maybe you will have to add a simple strip for each bead, set to invisible, as the collision part, and make the beads soft decorative.

ok, here's another question, i think the image is pretty self explanitory, any ideas on how to fix the streatching? i tried confomring the streatched beads to the collar and then the shoulder, but that didn't seem to help.I also tried fixing it in the Hierarchy editor, but that didn't help either.
can someonw please help me out with this!
