Thank you for your reply, I have just read it and contacted the vendor ( maybe the good one ).
If I get it right, I have to contact the vendor ( there are three of them for that product ) who has total decision making power on the refund ( which implies each customer isn't given the same service/rights since it's depending on each vendor's good will alone )?

I contacted support more than a week ago by mail and never got any reply.
I bought a product that isn't working with DS. It is not specified it will not work in DS ( DS users constantly have to guess if a product will or will not work when it is not specified or tested ).
I'd like to get a refund for this order because I can't use this product.
BTW, this is weird that I have to post in a forum that everybody can read to solve such an issue while I don't get any answer to my email...
