Hi and hello,

Just an old hobbyist who has got himself stuck, can you help please?

Wheel Rotation...in annimate 2 i created what i thought was a rotation, but instead the wheel turns forward a few frames then reverses direction and turns backwards

So i have a rocking back n forward motion ideal for a rocking chair but not much use for a motorbike Lol.

Started by using the timeline then converted to and imported into Annimate 2.

I downloaded the bike rigged .

So when loaded and both wheels selected i can go parameters drag a Turn slider

and wheels rotate. fine.

Then into Timeline make a rotation (correct forward motion) but when played

rock back n forward??

I also tried the "Rotate Tool" now that will rotate primitives ok as when loaded

the tool centres itself , but for some reason if i were to load a wheel then try the

same thing it wont centre itself?

Sorry to bombard you with questions any help much appreciated.

**Cheers Jon

Hello,

Managed to Rotate my wheel using a primitive cylinder . which the Rotate tool centered

on. parented the cylinder to the wheel, and we have rotation.(one way)Then made the

cylinder opacity zero.  Bit clunky but it works LOL!!

Cheers Jon
