Subject: Top Hat?

Is there a top hat anywhere in freestuff?  One I can use in Bryce?

I can see a nice top hat in the freestuff when I search but on downloading, it was a .pp2 file ending - and Bryce doesn't even see such things never mind import them.

Most of the others are Irish hats, or red and the wrong shape etc.

I also need a dress suit - with tails, but that's impossible. The hat will at least give a better impression than the grey jumper I have at present does...

You can load the top hat prop into the Poser scene then export out as an OBJ which I believe Bryce can handle.

You can convert a PP2 into OBJ quite easily, even if you don't have Poser. UVMapper can open PP2 files with embedded geometry - it isn't an option on the File menu, but just drag-and-drop the file onto it. Then save in OBJ format which Bryce can open. You will probably have to take care of material settings yourself.

Haha - Phil's top hat beat my bald head. :-)

You can also grab the free dazstudio (if you haven't gotten the free 4 Pro, hex, updated bryce pro) it will then open the pp2 and can save to .obj.  The newest Bryce and DazStudio 4 has a bridge between them as well.  I haven't used it but that seems to be the way to go.

I just checked, yup... Load a .pp2 file->send to Bryce... simple and easy.  So if you don't have DS4 pro yet I would grab it while its free.

Once in a while I look around,
I see a sound
and try to write it down
Sometimes they come out very soft
Tinkling light sound
The Sun comes up again
