They should be off by default - there was a "warrior woman" or something like that at ShareCG that had the female shape memorised and so caused Genesis to load that way - if that's your issue, zeroing the figure shape should work (right-click on the Parameter pane's tab and select Zero>Zero Figure Shape).

How the heck do you turn off the breasts on Genesis so you can use it as an actual male figure, and, while we're at it, how do you turn off the nipples for a smooth surface?
