Hi: I upgraded to Poser Pro 2014 the day it was released. I ordered the physcical (disk) upgrade. They charged my charge card but I have not received it. Anyone get theirs yet? Thanks, Sherrie

I ordered physical disk on May 23, received May 28th.  I would suggest you contact customer support.

strangely enough they sent it to me via fedex but never emailed the tracking number to me untill I had contacted them about the same thing. in my case I recieved it later than other folks who had orered it after me. notification about shipping is usualy standard practice and helps avoid pissed off customers. I ship stuff every day using fedex to part vendors and customers at my work and always include their email in the tracking. It's part of the fedex software/website.

I emailed them and they said they are looking into it. Most vendors don't charge your card until they ship the product.
