Specifically there is a file already on your computer with the texture. In Daz Studio it's referred to as the Diffuse Map, other programs call it a Texture Map.
On Windows it's under your Runtime/Textures folder, but there's usually a lot of stuff in there. Also, most models have several textures for one body, ie. one file for the face, one for the torso, on for the arms/legs.
If you know who made the texture you can sometimes search your Runtime folder and find it, otherwise try this:
Load Vicky3 and apply the texture.
Select Vicky 3 and open the Surfaces Tab of Daz Studio (Main Menu ->Window -> Panes (Tabs) -> Surfaces).
Make sure the Editor tab is selected near the top of the pane (not the Presets or Shader Baker). There will be a listing of the various body parts. Click on the Torso (or closest equivalent, maybe SkinBody or something).
The file you're looking for is under Diffuse Color. There will be a color selector and a small box with a down arrow. Click on it and select Browse from the top of the list. This will open a dialog box letting you select another texture map. While you don't actually want to change anything, this will let you know exactly where the files are located. I usually go up one folder level in the open dialog and then right click and click Open In New Window, to get a new browser window.

I hope this has been more helpful than confusing. All info is based on Daz 4.6 and Windows. Your milage may vary.

I have a couple old skins for the V3 model is there a way to snatch an image of the Mat? I would like to use these again but first I would like to alter them to suit a a new purpose. Is there a way to get a jpeg copy of the surface of V3?
