Just to clarify, do you mean dual screens or multiple viewports?
If you are trying to view the same scene on 2 monitors you could set 2 viewports and then stretch the window over both displays or if you want to have 2 different files open at the same time you could just open 2 instances of DAZ and place one on each monitor.
Having two instances of DS running at once, unless they are different versions (production and public beta, say) is very risky as DS will clear the temp folder, including optimised textures, on File>New or on launch so it is easy to lose the .tdl files and end up with a blank render. You may also have unexpected results when closing as DS saves its layout then, so if you changed anything and closed that version last it would be in effect at next launch but if you closed the unchanged version last the changes would be lost.

It is pretty idiot proof. Just put the stuff you want on the second screen, onto the second screen. Panes, pane groups, etc. all work that way. If that is where they are when you close DS, then that is where they will be next time you open DS. Any popup windows you want on the other screen, just move them while they are up. From then on, that is the screen they will show up on.
