Subject: Is there a vendor w/a simple diamond stud earring prop for V4A4G4 or Gn-Gn2?
Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)
Thanks basic Wiz! Just what I was looking for. Apparently it's one of a set of four in the download and done by Chris Cox.

The name rang a bell and I checked my files. He did a nice gold necklace freebie on Dragonspace if you haven't seen it:

By the way. if any rendo moderators are reading, when I go to insert a link to make a line an active link (as above) the pop-up comes up blank and takes what seems ages to fill. It's not just this time. Using Firefox.

It's simple.
Turn off the built-ins: Diffuse_Value = 0 and Specular_Value = 0.
Attach Fresnel_Blend to white Alternate_Diffuse. Set IOR = 2.5
Attach Reflect to white Fresnel_Blend Outer_Color.
Attach Refract to white Fresnel_Blend Inner_Color. Set IOR=2.5

Nice, I'd already been using essentially that setup; I just hadn't done a render that close before.

Pretty much a straighforward question. Just looking for a small simple diamond stud earring prop for the Daz Characters, preferably V4 at the moment, but a smart prop for any will likley do.
I do a search and then am combing through a lot of items that are not relevant. I suspect that what I want is so simple it is part of a larger package and may not be labeled anywhere, or it may even be a freebie that I am not aware of.
