2 days ago I bought Pink, Blue and Bad Birdies at full price. Today they are 50% off!

I am requesting a refund for the difference please.

I am very sorry as we have different sales and promotions all of the time and do not offer refunds for products that go on sale a couple days after purchase.

Hmmm...I have been here for 6 years and we have not ever issued a refund for the difference a couple days after a purchased product has went on sale.We have done it if it was seconds/minutes after but not days.

I also purchased an item a couple days ago and it just went on sale. I was looking for information on how to get a partial refund myself when I found this post and its disappointing reply.

DAZ offers partial refunds for this type of situation, it's a real shame that Renderosity does not :(

I've been here since before Renderosity even had a store and it's not ever been their policy to issue refunds several days later after something has been purchased.  I'm not saying it's a good policy, but that is their policy and has been since the store opened.
